Oxford Bank came to us looking to rebrand their bank and refresh their marketing efforts. The new CEO and new Vice President of Retail, at the time, wanted to change up the look and feel of the bank so we went to work on a rebranding campaign. These are the highlights:

  • Introduced ITMs with “Sunrise to Sunset” Branding

In addition, we introduced the Moments of Truth Customer Service Standard and the retail employees of the bank then created their Customer Service Standards. Offered guidance, coaching and mentoring to staff members. Great team!
